Starin Hotel

Stayed at Starin Hotel for two nights, and the experience was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in the room consistently blew hot air, and when I raised this with the service staff, they were unable to assist. Instead, they informed me that the aircon is centrally controlled and currently set to hot air. When I asked how I was supposed to sleep in a stuffy, hot room, their only solution was, “open the windows and sleep then.” This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Room and corridors smell of smoke as they allow smoking throughout the hotel. On a positive note, I appreciated the use of robots to deliver food takeaway orders directly to the room – that was efficient and convenient. However, basic amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shavers were not provided, which added to the overall poor experience. Gym, swimming pool and laundry service isn’t available too. Pretty much non-existent amenities here.
